How is the price set?
After a survey you receive a fixed price in writing, and that is what you pay. If you ask for extra work on the moving day itself, we agree that with you separately.
How long is the quote valid?
Our quotes are valid for 14 days. The agreement is made once you confirm the quote in writing.
Do you move at weekends?
Yes, on Saturdays and Sundays too. A weekend surcharge applies; it is shown upfront in the quote.
Is my household insured during transport?
Yes. We work with all-risk transport insurance. Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Can you do the packing?
Yes. Let us pack fragile items: under our terms we are not liable for fragile goods you packed yourself.
What if my move is cancelled?
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the move. After that part of the agreed price is due: 25% at 3 to 7 days, 50% within 3 days and 100% on the day itself.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Usually not. For moves above € 1,500 we may ask for a deposit of up to 30%. The invoice is paid within 14 days.
What do I need to arrange myself?
Make sure the van can reach your home and tell us in advance about special items such as a piano or safe. If an exemption is needed, we help you with it.
Do you handle office and business moves?
Yes. We often plan them in the evening or at the weekend so your business keeps running. Fixed price after a survey.
