Would you rather not lift a finger? With a full-service move The Moving Team takes care of the whole chain: we pack your belongings, take apart the furniture that needs it, move everything in one go and set it all up again at your new address, down to unpacking the boxes and taking the packing materials away. You deal with one crew and one point of contact, and you receive one fixed price in writing. Our quote is valid for 14 days and, once accepted, the price is binding; only extra work you ask for on the day itself is agreed separately. A full-service move suits busy households, people moving from abroad or into a new home straight after handing over the keys, and anyone who wants the certainty that fragile items are packed by professionals. That matters: under our terms we are not liable for fragile goods we did not pack ourselves, and with a full-service move everything is packed by us. Transport is covered by an all-risk transport insurance, and if your new home is not ready yet, your belongings can wait in our own 500 m² storage in Maasdijk.

How we go about it
Survey
We go through your home with you, agree what we pack and what you do yourself, and note special items such as a piano, safe or artwork.
Fixed price
You receive a written quote with a fixed price, valid for 14 days. Above € 1,500 we may ask for a deposit of up to 30%.
Packing
In the days before the move we pack and label every box by room, so it is clear where everything goes.
Moving day
The same crew takes furniture apart, loads, drives and reassembles everything at the new address.
Unpacking
We unpack, put things away where you want them and take the packing materials with us.
Aftercare
Notice damage after delivery? Report it within 24 hours and we will handle it with you.

Questions about Full-service moving: we pack, move and unpack
What does a full-service move cost?
It depends on the size of your home, the distance and how much we pack. Our packing service starts from €599 and assembly is charged per hour from €91; the move itself follows our normal rates. After the survey you receive one fixed price for everything.
Do I need to do anything myself?
Only what you want to. Make sure there is parking and access at both addresses, and be present, or have someone present, during loading and unloading.
Who is liable if something breaks?
Transport is covered by an all-risk transport insurance. Because we pack everything ourselves in a full-service move, fragile items are covered as well; report damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Can you store my belongings in between?
Yes. If your new home is not ready yet we store your household in our own 500 m² storage in Maasdijk. Storage starts from €103 per month.
Can I combine full service with a move abroad?
Yes. For an international move we agree a loading date and a delivery window in advance, and the packing is part of the fixed price.
What if my move is cancelled?
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the move. After that a share of the agreed price applies, as set out in our general terms.
