Homes in Rotterdam
Apartments dominate in Rotterdam: only 25% of about 324,597 homes are single-family houses (CBS). On upper floors a moving lift is often faster and safer than the stairs, and it can shorten the day.
From our base in Maasdijk, Rotterdam is about 20 km away. The first 20 km of a move are included in the price; beyond that we charge per kilometre. Need a parking exemption from the municipality of Rotterdam? It is not part of our rates and is listed separately in the quote.
