Moving in Maasdijk: the housing
With 86% single-family houses among about 1,783 homes (CBS), Maasdijk is mostly low-rise. A moving lift is needed less often than in a city, but attics and narrow stairs still decide how long a move takes.
A parking space close to the door saves time. In many streets in Maasdijk that requires an exemption from the municipality of Westland; we list it separately in the quote. The first 20 km of the journey are included.
