Moving in Monster: the housing
With 74% single-family houses among about 6,026 homes (CBS), Monster is mostly low-rise. A moving lift is needed less often than in a city, but attics and narrow stairs still decide how long a move takes.
A parking space close to the door saves time. In many streets in Monster that requires an exemption from the municipality of Westland; we list it separately in the quote. The first 20 km of the journey are included.
