Homes in Zoetermeer

Zoetermeer has about 57,653 homes; 57% are single-family houses and the rest mostly apartments (CBS). Whether the stairs or a moving lift is faster is something we decide per address at the survey.

A parking space close to the door saves time. In many streets in Zoetermeer that requires an exemption from the municipality of Zoetermeer; we list it separately in the quote. The first 20 km of the journey are included.
