We plan a business move around your work. After an on-site survey you receive one fixed price and a room-by-room schedule. Workstations, archives and equipment are labelled, so everything lands in the right place at the new address. If it has to happen outside office hours, we work evenings or weekends.

We walk through the premises and note what moves, what goes and what is stored.
Planning
You receive a schedule so your team knows when each department moves.

We move department by department, in the evening or at the weekend if that suits you.

Furniture is in place and we check together that everything is complete.

Insured transport
We work with all-risk transport insurance. Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
One dedicated crew
The same people from loading to unpacking, so nothing falls between two crews.
Price in writing
Our quote is valid for 14 days and the agreed price is fixed. Extra work on the day is agreed separately.

Plans change? You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the move.
Questions about Business and office relocation
What does a business move cost?
It depends on the number of workstations, the archive and the distance. After a free survey you receive a fixed price; business moves start from €1.204.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Moving in the evening or at the weekend lets your business open as normal the next working day.
How do you handle computers and archives?
They are packed and labelled per workstation. Your own IT partner disconnects and connects servers and network; we take care of the transport.
