Moving in Delfgauw: the housing
With 78% single-family houses among about 3,451 homes (CBS), Delfgauw is mostly low-rise. A moving lift is needed less often than in a city, but attics and narrow stairs still decide how long a move takes.
From our base in Maasdijk, Delfgauw is about 14 km away. The first 20 km of a move are included in the price; beyond that we charge per kilometre. Need a parking exemption from the municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp? It is not part of our rates and is listed separately in the quote.
