Moving in Wassenaar: the housing
With 71% single-family houses among about 12,367 homes (CBS), Wassenaar is mostly low-rise. A moving lift is needed less often than in a city, but attics and narrow stairs still decide how long a move takes.
From our base in Maasdijk, Wassenaar is about 23 km away. The first 20 km of a move are included in the price; beyond that we charge per kilometre. Need a parking exemption from the municipality of Wassenaar? It is not part of our rates and is listed separately in the quote.
